Vasilis Kampas organized his first art exhibition in Ecoteca Pescara, along with his participation at the organization of PEAM (Pescara Electronic Artists Meeting) in the years 2004 and 2005, before graduating from the School of Architecture in Italy. In Parma, during a musical concert in the year 2004, he created and presented a video art installation.
The year 2011 he graduated with an excellent grade from the University of Chieti and Pescara and honors in Nautical Interior Design. Ever since, he has been practicing his professional activity by collaborating with various architectural and technical offices in Greece, taking over small and big scale projects, especially focusing on the Cycladic Islands due to his particular interest since his graduation thesis was titled ‘The New Archeological Museum of Paros’.
He has also participated in numerous competitions for private and public tenders in the field of Architecture, either personally or with study and work groups.
In November 2014, his second personal art exhibition took place at the cultural centre of Neo Psichico in Athens and since then his works have been and are still being diplayed in various private collections, offices and companies.
During the same year, he became a member of UNESCO Greece, participating in group exhibitions with chosen works, in places such as the Athens Hilton hotel and in New York.
During the present year 2017, he completed his third art exhibition while engaging in worldwide commercial activity. He became a member of the Artistic Chamber of Greece and he has been a member of the Technical Chamber since 2012.
His practice and professional assignments cover a wide range of projects in architecture, design, graphic design and art.
