This project is about building a new part of the village property. The extention intervation of the area has to include as many rental suite rooms as possible, and a decent recreational space, such as a spa and a swimming pool for the residents. The proposal presented was developed on a 3677 square meters plot situated near the tennis court area of the village with 240 square meters allowable building coverage. There are 11 suite rental rooms, from 26 to 29 square meters each, with bedroom, bathroom, a small living room to relax or study and a balcony. The recreational area on the ground floor has 105 square meters and includes an elevator in the center of the staircase.

For this particular health spa, a second study that covers all 240 square meters of the ground floor was presented with the proper technical specifications described below:
