This project is about the exterior renovation of a family house in Athens. The existed house had a mixed appearance like a greek post modernism architecture and the client requested for a modern and contemporary image for his new home. The intervetion consists of three fundamental works that had to be made as the replacement of all the frames, thermal elevations of the exterior and interior paintings. Minimal architecture and energy efficiency of the building are the key elements of this project.
