This renovation project has a very interesting location in Athens because of the view that is visible from the teracce of the penthouse apartment. It consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room. Extra spaces are included such as a laundry and a small storage and wardrobe unit. The fondamental design idea was to unify the kitchen with the dining space and extend the living room by creating a storage unit at the entrance lobby of the apartment. All this comes together via a ZED shaped design made of plasterboard and wood melamine as seen in the pictures of the gallery. The materials and the colors used are mainly warm gray and beige tones. At the exterior the frames have been replaced and thermal facades are installed to avoid energy losses from the inside space.
