This intervention was about restoring a small residence outside Nafpaktos in the Fokida region.
The main purpose from the start was to preserve the traditional architecture of the house in order to maintain and underline the existing character and to contribute to the overall image of the village.
The residence consisted of the main house (living room, master bedroom, double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom), the semi outdoor space used as a typical terrace, and the all around yard.
Typical elements that stood out in this project: the planks of the wooden roof, the metal columns of the structure with the wooden ornaments that hold the roof of the semi outdoor space, and the preservation of the existing hardwood floors.
